I listened this song first on Fayrouz advertisement then i start to search and finally found it.Cortney Tidwell has a tiny voice– expressive, yet delicate and pocket-sized. So “Eyes Are at the Billions” begins with the gentlest dial-tone keyboards, acoustic guitar and vocals. The track is pleasant from the outset, but when the second half stutters and cranks into motion, all its blank spaces fill with noise and swirling distortion. The song retains its simplicity, repeating a three-note descending melody, but the climax is as grand as the opening is spare.
